In late February 2023, a small but meaningful event took place in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. The organization 'We are Special' put together a concert for children with special needs, including those with autism and Down syndrome.

The concert happened while Ukraine continues to face challenges from the ongoing conflict. Parts of Kyiv, the country's capital, have been damaged by fighting. Some buildings are in ruins, and many areas that were once busy are now quiet.

Our video team visited Kyiv to show what life is like there now. They saw empty streets and damaged buildings. This gives viewers an idea of how the war has changed daily life in the city.

Despite these hard times, the concert in Bila Tserkva tried to bring some happiness to the children. It was a chance for them to enjoy music and have fun, even though life in Ukraine is difficult right now.

The event wasn't very big, but it meant a lot to the children and families who attended. It showed that even in tough situations, people find ways to support each other and create positive moments.

Our team at URGENT (Universal Relief and Giving Effort Nonprofit Togetherness) helped record this event. We want to show both the challenges Ukraine faces and the ways people are trying to keep going with normal life as much as possible.

We hope this video helps people understand what's happening in Ukraine. It shows the hard parts, like the damage to Kyiv, but also the good things, like this concert for special needs children.

If you'd like to help, there are organizations working in Ukraine that support people affected by the conflict, including children with special needs. Every bit of support can make a difference in their lives.
